Stanley is an international authority in creativity, leadership, and innovation with over thirty years of experience. He is currently the Vice President of Global Initiatives and Senior Fellow of Creativity and Innovation at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in Greensboro, North Carolina. He has been with CCL since its inception in 1970, and was given the honor of Senior Fellow in 1993 for his distinguished service and national recognition in the field. In 1997 he was named Vice President with responsibility for coordinating CCL’s global initiatives. In this role, Dr. Gryskiewicz advises the Center on global strategy and policy, trends and best practices in global leadership development, and gathers Center-wide learning from its global activities. Dr. Gryskiewicz holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of London. His recent book on organizational renewal and proactive change management, Positive Turbulence, was published in July of 1999 by Jossey-Bass and is now in its second printing. Dr. Gryskiewicz is Chair of the ASA board Nominating Committee.
